Full-Time Associate Dentist
We are seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered dental practice located in Greenfield, Massachusetts. This is a thriving, long-standing practice with deep roots in the local community and a strong reputation for quality care.
The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician who places patient care first and is motivated to contribute to continued practice growth. About the Practice
- Serving the community for over 50 years
- Practice mix: approximately 35% fee-for-service / 65% insurance
- Active patient base of 5,500 6,000
- Average of 35 new patients per month
- Advanced technology including digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, and in-house milling
- Expanded services offered on-site, including clear aligner therapy and sleep-related dental solutions
- 6 doctor operatories and 5 hygiene operatories

Qualifications and Skills
- 4 5 years of clinical experience required (GPR or AEGD graduates will be considered)
- Current Massachusetts dental license in good standing
- Strong proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, with an emphasis on comprehensive and preventive care
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
