Industrial Electrical Foreman
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of traveling industrial electrical crews
- Interpret and execute work from electrical blueprints and layout diagrams
- Install conduit, electrical panels, VFDs, PLCs, and control systems
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, customers, and other trades
- Track jobsite labor, material usage, and project progress reports
- Perform occasional basic industrial millwright work (alignment, light rigging, mechanical setup)
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- 5-7+ years of experience in industrial environments
- With 2+ years of experience leading electrical crews
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and installation practices
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to travel for extended periods (typically 11-18 days at a time)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with millwright work a plus
- Competitive annual salary of $120,000-$150,000+, depending on experience
