Social Media Growth Manager

We are redefining our social channels from "brand awareness" to "performance acquisition." We are looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to bridge the gap between creative content and data. Your mission is to treat content as a product — iterating, optimizing and scaling meaningful interactions that lead directly to sign-ups.

1) Develop and run a structured testing system for:

• Hooks and first lines
• CTAs in captions and videos
• Post formats and structures
• Posting angles (problem, outcome, objection, etc)

2) Test different funnels and sign-up approaches.

3) Analyze performance across the full journey: impression → engagement → click → lead → customer.

4) Turn insights into repeatable playbooks and frameworks for high-performing posts.

5) Build trend-watching mechanisms.

6) Test new platforms (TikTok, Youtube) and build cross-posting and reposting algorithms to scale faster.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in social media, growth marketing, performance marketing or similar roles.
• Proven experience improving conversion metrics via social content or campaigns.
• Experience and successful cases in A/B testing content or ad variations.
• Experience working with funnels (lead gen, sign-up flows, product pages, etc).
