Assistant Manager
Gibbs Oil Company is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager at our convenience store. We are looking for a motivated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure that all customers receive a positive shopping experience through excellent service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as necessary.
- Train and mentor employees to enhance their skills and encourage teamwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and confidently complete daily financial reporting.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail or customer service is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage inventory efficiently.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
