Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and daily living skills
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist
- Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment .
- Current Massachusetts COTA license in good standing
- 1 year experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
