Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA. Candidates must have proven experience applying project management methodologies to manage risks and guide multi‑disciplinary teams toward successful outcomes .

Rate Range: $37/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Apply and adapt Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies to drive structured and efficient project execution.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, and database integration needs across on‑prem and cloud environments.

• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and successful delivery of project milestones.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through reporting, presentations, and status updates, ensuring transparent and proactive project management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in project management, leading technical or cross‑functional projects.

• Proven experience applying Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies to manage complex IT projects from initiation to delivery.

• Strong technical background with exposure to databases (Oracle, Redshift, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate or cloud‑based project environments.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $43.00 per hour
