About This Opportunity
New England Die Cutting (NEDC) has been a trusted precision manufacturing partner for over 30 years. From our 70,000 square-foot facility, we specialize in die-cutting, laser-cutting, waterjet cutting, and fabrication of custom thermal pads, gaskets, RF absorbers, and high-performance materials for industries that demand quality and precision. - Interest in or experience with manufacturing, production, or fabrication processes

- Understanding that we operate to ISO, military/aerospace, medical, and electronics quality standards
- Coachability and eagerness to learn (we invest in training, but we prefer to teach things once)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
