We are currently seeking a Front Desk / Patient Service Representative who is friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Position Overview

The Front Desk / Patient Service Representative is the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in creating a positive, smooth, and stress-free experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm appointments (phone, text, email)
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Collect payments, post charges, and manage daily balances
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage recall and reactivation calls
• Uphold HIPAA and office policies at all times

Qualifications

• Prior dental front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental software (Oryx, Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and office technology
