Job Summary

The Department of Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute is currently seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow. The Postdoctoral Fellow will participate in studies that evaluate associations of early life exposures with health outcomes in adolescents and young adults, using data from the longitudinal pre-birth Project Viva cohort ( candidate will work under the supervision of Drs. Emily Oken and Marie-France Hivert. The fellow will be employed by the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute and will be appointed as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School.

• Analyze large, complex data from multiple sources, such as survey data, environmental and dietary exposure data, and research visit data
• Make effective presentations of the analysis results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Prepare articles for peer-reviewed publications, as well as reports and presentations
• Participate in team meetings to help shape the direction of the existing research projects
• Develop new research ideas or help prepare proposals
• Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day!
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Salary Range

$62,052.94 -$93,079.42

The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization. The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; as well as internal equity. As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay. Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remains in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
