Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join the team at a global medical device client. This candidate will be supporting multiple service lines and will assist in the implementation and adoption of AI and Automation into the organization. They will be responsible for process and opportunity analysis as well as reporting documentation. They will act as the liaison between delivery lines and the Intelligent Automation team. They will also coordinate workshops, review sessions, and UAT where applicable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and has hands-on experience with automation initiatives.

$10-14/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst

• Hands-on involvement in automation projects, from concept to execution

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a confident, proactive personality

• Experience with user story boards and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Tableau

• AI Background: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts or projects
