Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of banquet dishes according to established recipes and quality standards

- Assist in the planning and execution of banquet menus for events, conferences, and special occasions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality presentations and flavors

- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients

- Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a banquet cook or in a similar culinary role

- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
