Director of Contracts and Grants
- Support the Draft responses to contract bids, negotiations, and proposals. Manage the contract life-cycle (extension, close-out, or renewal of contracts) for MOU's, and sub-contracts.
- Manage documents and deadlines, staff mapping and tracking results, working with program teams to ensure funds are fully spent appropriately, and ensure timely submission of financial reporting to funders.

- Work closely with the VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting to ensure revenues are properly documented, tracked, and reported.
- Collaborate with state funding partner a well as manage and support State billing portals such as the EIM system.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent level of education and experience, required.
- Five to seven years' experience in finance, grants, contracts management and staff management, required.
- Experience leading cross-departmental, multi-disciplinary teams, including functions such as human resources, payroll, benefits, insurance, IT and other related functions, required.
- Experience and expertise in data & analytics, required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills, required.
- General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); knowledge of Uniform Financial Reporting (UFR) a plus.
