Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to fill our Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative position. This role is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth order processing. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order placement, and product information.
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Sales and Order Processing:
• Write accurate and detailed work orders for customer projects.
• Provide quotes and estimates to customers.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain organized filing systems for customer invoices and folders.
• Keep the showroom and workspace clean and tidy.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed.
• Input customer data into our computer system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in the embroidery or screen printing industry is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday - Friday, 8: AM - 4:00 PM.
