Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL)

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Earn $30–$40+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
- Daily tips can average $20–$150+
- Monthly performance bonuses for top performers
- Excellent earning potential for motivated team members
- Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed
- Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role
- Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job
- Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments
- Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management
- Full and Part Time positions available NOW!
- We are open 7 days a week and most shifts are full-day shifts
- Weekly pay
