Administrative Assistant - Financial Services

• Join a leading private equity firm and gain exposure to fund operations, fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio reporting
• Located in Boston with a hybrid schedule (Friday is remote), working closely with senior leadership
• Perfect for recent graduates with financial industry internships or professionals with 1-2 years in financial firms seeking to transition into private equity
• Responsibilities include supporting the Fund Reporting Team, managing investor communications, preparing financial statements, coordinating LP transfers, and assisting with audits and capital calls

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years' experience in financial services

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in private equity or fund administration
• Familiarity with investor portals and fund operations
• Experience with Investran is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Based in Boston, with flexibility for early or late hours and occasional travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
• Proven reliability and proactive attitude

This position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000plus a targeted 25% bonus and comprehensive benefits, including 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance.
