Senior Internal Audit Manager – Hybrid Role

What the job offers:

• Hybrid Set up – 3 days remote, 2 days in-office per week
• Salary up to $150,000 per year
• 15% annual performance-based bonus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct or lead audits of subsidiaries, business units, and cross-functional reviews
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with business unit leadership
• Analyze business processes, market conditions, and industry practices to identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare risk and control matrices, document workflows, and draft detailed audit reports
• Perform root cause analysis and validate resolution of identified issues
• Participate in special projects to assess and mitigate business risks

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in external/internal audit, consulting, leasing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience auditing commercial lease transactions, hard assets, and compliance processes (e.g., KYC)
• CPA, CIA, or CFA (must have at least one)
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Teammate experience is a plus)
