Opportunity Overview

Optigy Group is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient-only primary care practice in Brimfield, MA. This is a full-time opportunity with a manageable patient load and no inpatient responsibilities. Physicians will provide comprehensive primary care for all ages , focusing on preventative medicine and chronic disease management. No hospital privileges or procedures are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and COPD with a focus on preventative care and patient education.
• Diagnose and treat acute conditions including respiratory infections, musculoskeletal issues, minor injuries, and gastrointestinal concerns.
• Deliver preventative and wellness care , including annual physicals, immunizations, screenings, and health risk assessments.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient documentation, coordination of care, and referral management.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active CSR and DEA (or willingness to obtain)
• Licensed or Eligible for Licensure in Massachusetts
• Experience with outpatient primary care
• Commitment to value-based care and patient-centered medicine
