Front End Developer

Grapevine is searching for a creative, talented, and fun Front-End Developer to join our product team. You'll be joining veterans from Hubspot, TripAdvisor, Intuit, and MIT to own the front-end of our web application. In this role you will be a key member of the team developing and improving our existing platform and product offerings. Your work will directly impact thousands of creators that rely on Grapevine to earn income and grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:

* Implement UI using HTML5, SASS, Javascript, and Django templates
* Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code
* Optimize our front-end for performance and user experience
* Keep up to date with new web technologies
* Provide input that will directly impact product decisions
* Work well in a highly collaborative and fast moving environment with highly capable engineers and designers

Requirements:

* Domain expertise with HTML & SASS
* 3+ years of experience working on front-end application frameworks, django preferred.
* 2+ years experience with AJAX
* Previous experience with version control (git)
* Previous experience working on high usage commercial web applications
* Previous work with a startup is preferred
