OVERVIEW
A growing property management company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support operations across a Boston-area portfolio.
This role is highly visible and plays a key part in tenant relations, maintenance coordination, financial administration, and leasing support . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is comfortable being a central point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant communication via phone and email
  • Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and lease-related matters with professionalism and efficiency
  • Issue notices including renewals, rent increases, and entry notifications
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, prioritize work orders, and dispatch vendors
  • Manage vendor scheduling and ensure proper documentation (insurance, W-9s, etc.)
  • Follow up with residents to ensure maintenance issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Process rent payments and monitor delinquent accounts
  • Review and code vendor invoices and support accounts payable processes
  • Assist with security deposit calculations and move-out financials
  • Support leasing efforts including listing units, screening applicants, and preparing leases
  • Maintain organized tenant, lease, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES
  • 1-3+ years of property management or administrative experience

  • Basic understanding of leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial processes
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and local regulations preferred
