Regional Clinical Director RN
- Assists the management team with developing nursing guidelines and manuals for their designated region.
- Serves as the liaison between the Directors of Nursing in their region and the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Provides leadership and direction to the Directors of Nursing in their region.
- Conducts routine quality assurance reviews for their assigned region.
- Provides leadership for directing and responding to state/federal regulations and surveys.
- Participates in plans of corrections following surveys for their region.
- Conducts on-site visits to provide supervision, chart review, and analyzation of program effectiveness.
- Conducts meetings with the Directors of Nursing to promote policy compliance and professional development.
- Assists with recruiting vacant Director of Nursing positions.
- An active RN license in the State of Massachusetts, required.
- Experience in a supervisory position in long-term care, required.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Improvement processes, required.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) or another health care related field, preferred.
- Experience with state survey process, preferred.
- Generous salary, commensurate with experience. Starting at $140,000
