Global Data Governance Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Global Data Lead who will manage global data assets including transactional data, master data, and KPIs within the Distribution Warehouse to Deliver domain. This role partners with Global Process Owners, Data Owners, Data Analysts, and IT teams to implement and maintain enterprise-level data governance practices that ensure data quality, accessibility, security, and compliance. The position focuses on optimizing operational effectiveness, strengthening data governance standards, and protecting sensitive information while supporting harmonized data processes across the business. This person will be part of the full lifecycle of implementation of S/4HANA

Compensation: $150,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

-7+ years of experience in distribution operations.

-7+ years of experience with warehouse management systems (Manhattan, SAP EWM, etc.). -Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

-Experience in data management, data quality, or related fields with a solid understanding of data governance.

-Experience working with data quality tools, databases, and related technologies.

-Familiarity with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

-High analytical ability and strong attention to detail.

-Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement.

-Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

-Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, global, and culturally diverse environment.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
