As a Real Estate Investment Accountant , you’ll manage the financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations for commercial real estate assets. You’ll ensure accurate property-level financials, provide insights into tenant accounts and investment performance, and support internal reporting efforts.

What You Need to Bring

• 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Yardi, Buildium, or similar systems

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with RealPage software
• Excel modeling or advanced spreadsheet skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple property accounts simultaneously
