Position Overview

KR Wolfe is seeking Assembly Technicians to support an upcoming project in the Boston area assembling and preparing wheelchairs for our client, Medline .

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined , detail-oriented , and comfortable using hand tools to complete light assembly tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

This is a full time position, schedule would be Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm , assembling in a facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wheelchair components according to instructions and quality standards.

• Use hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers safely and effectively.

• Inspect completed units for function and appearance.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Collaborate with KR Wolfe team members and client representatives.

• Follow all company, client, and site safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or mechanical experience preferred (training provided).

• Proficiency with basic hand tools required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
