Director of Strategy & Growth

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Strategy & Growth drives the company's expansion strategy through market acquisitions and partnerships. Other responsibilities include staying current on industry and market trends, monitoring strategic moves of top competitors and industry leaders as well as researching current and future trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meaningfully contribute to business and market research and development
- Develop and refine corporate growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition targets
- Assess markets, identify opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy
- Stay abreast of new developments within assigned healthcare sectors by monitoring the activities of potential buyers
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and support for expansion initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and due diligence to identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities that support strategic growth initiatives
- Oversee due diligence processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to assess legal, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects of potential transactions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and risks that may impact M&A
- Leads market research to inform target growth areas
- Works closely with Business Development to ensure resources are allocated in alignment with strategic growth
- Must have the ability to travel as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related filed; MBA preferred
- 6+years in corporate, business development or private equity
- Experience with acquisitions and market research
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritie
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Works in a clean, well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures in close proximity to others.
- Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
- Requires lifting and carrying equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; require pushing and pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; require walking and standing; requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday; requires the ability to navigate stairs; requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.
