Recruiter
- Manage full cycle recruiting for legal and administrative positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create customized recruiting strategies
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, law school outreach, networking, and referrals
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate and support lateral hiring, law school outreach, and summer associate programs
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals and timelines are met
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by building inclusive candidate pipelines and applying best practices in hiring
- Collaborate with HR and other internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with significant recruiting experience in a law firm setting will also be considered
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
