Fleet Service Technician
PAY RANGE:
STARTING pay is $21–$32 an hour. Current certifications and experience determine starting pay within that range. Annual salary increases up to 5% are based on performance, not survival time.

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Fleet Services Director, the Fleet Service Technician is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Professional Ambulance's fleet, including ambulances, response vehicles, and support equipment. This role ensures all vehicles operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Fleet Service Technicians advance through a structured career path based on certifications, experience, and performance.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
• ASE and EVT certifications as applicable to advancement level
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions
• Proficiency with diagnostic software, hand tools, and shop equipment
