About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Director/Manager to lead U.S. marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across the biotechnology landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organization poised for major expansion in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and represent the company at major biotechnology trade shows and industry events nationwide, driving brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
• Plan and execute targeted local marketing initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and customer engagement events.
• Partner with global headquarters to develop and localize digital marketing strategies for the U.S. audience—overseeing website content, SEO/SEM, and campaigns on platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
• Support the sales team through effective email marketing campaigns, performance analytics, and customer data insights.
• Strengthen the company’s brand recognition and market influence through creative storytelling and integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Biosciences, Pharmacology, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within the biotechnology, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing best practices.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Permanent Resident or Green Card holder).
