Business analyst

CTG is seeking an ADM Business Analyst to join our client's team. This role focuses on functional business analysis, requirement gathering, and process mapping within the ADM domain.

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Conduct impact and gap analysis to identify process improvements.

• Facilitate requirement workshops and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Map processes and use cases to support project goals.

• Guide technical and vendor teams with actionable business insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration.

• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and business case analysis.

Experience:

• Functional, non-technical ADM experience within SDLC.

• Proven experience in impact assessment and process mapping.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $44.00 to $56.00/hour. Salary offers are based on factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
