Bookkkeeper

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update general ledgers- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial procedures are followed- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Pay: $21.24 - $25.57 per hour
