Position Overview:

As a key member of our construction crew, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to bring stunning landscapes to life. Under the guidance of the Crew Leader, you’ll contribute to various construction tasks while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• A willingness to learn and grow as part of a construction crew.

• A clean driver’s license record, insurability, and willingness to join the company’s insurance policy are required.

• Physical ability to handle the workload of a construction laborer, including lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.

• A clean criminal record.

• An OSHA 10 Certificate (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days).

• The ability to obtain an MA DOT card within 30 days of hire.

In this role, you’ll:

• Receive clear instructions from the Landscape Crew Leader to ensure projects run smoothly.

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, focusing on following all company policies and safety guidelines.

• Show up on time, in a clean uniform, ready to work with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Take pride in learning and mastering the skills required for landscape construction, from operating basic tools like shovels and rakes to understanding grading and plant installation techniques.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a productive, safe, and enjoyable work environment.

• Communicate any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to the Crew Leader promptly.

What you bring to the table:

Compensation:

Earn between $22.00 and $28.00 per hour based on experience and skill level.
