What You’ll DoAs a Grill Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking food on the grill to perfection.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Providing friendly and efficient service to customers.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or busy kitchen environment.
- A passion for preparing high-quality food.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
