Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Closing Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting and executing the evening operation — one of the most critical and fast-paced parts of the business.
In this role, you will work alongside your team to ensure strong execution, support daily operations, and help create a positive and productive team environment. You will play a key role in leading shifts, maintaining standards, and delivering a remarkable guest experience during peak hours.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow into leadership. You will receive coaching and development while gaining experience across multiple areas of the business, creating a pathway for increased responsibility over time.
Your Impact
- Support and execute strong evening operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient close each shift
- Work across multiple areas of the restaurant to gain hands-on experience operating a high-volume business
- Lead and support team members during shifts, helping maintain a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
- Identify and encourage high-potential team members, supporting their growth and development
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence
- Deliver a remarkable guest experience through every interaction
- Ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests by upholding all safety and food safety standards
Background Profile
- 2 years of Leadership experience leading a team of 10+
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-energy environment
- Ability to work evening and closing shifts consistently
- Interest in growing into a long-term leadership role
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
