Ideal candidates are skilled at building relationships, adapting to different learning styles, and engaging students in-person through thoughtful, culturally responsive instruction.

This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in education, mentorship, or youth development — especially recent graduates or those exploring a path in teaching.
Fellows must be able to fully commit to one of the school schedules listed above. Schedules will be finalized during training and will remain consistent throughout the year.
