Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Productivity experience or ability to manage 55–63 patients per week preferred.
• Ability to work a structured 5x8 schedule and meet a 30-minute meal break requirement.

• Shift Details: Days, 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Duration: 13-week assignment.
• Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week.
• Pre-assignment Requirement: Completion of three HealthStream modules required prior to start. Agency reimburses with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
