At Definitive Healthcare (NASDAQ: DH), we're passionate about turning data, analytics, and expertise into meaningful intelligence that helps our customers achieve success and shape the future of healthcare. We empower them to uncover the right markets, opportunities, and people—paving the way for smarter decisions and greater impact.

Headquartered just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, Definitive Healthcare operates across North America, Europe, and India, supporting a growing global client base of more than 2,400 customers since our founding in 2011.

We're also a great place to work. In 2024 and 2025, we earned multiple workplace honors, including Built In's 100 Best Places to Work in Boston (both years), a Stevie Bronze Award for Great Employers, and recognition as a Great Place to Work in India.

We foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where diverse perspectives drive innovation. Through programs like DefinitiveCares and our employee-led affinity groups we strive to promote connection, education, and inclusion.

At Definitive Healthcare, our data powers some of the most important decisions in the healthcare ecosystem. As a  Client Integration Engineer , you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers can seamlessly operationalize that data within their internal systems. This role goes beyond implementation support—you will serve as a technical architect, integration strategist, and trusted advisor to some of our most sophisticated clients.

You'll work cross functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Sales to design, build, and optimize scalable integrations that help customers unlock the full value of Definitive Healthcare's data assets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex client integrations end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through deployment, validation, and long-term optimization
  • Architect and implement data integration solutions across CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), data warehouses, APIs, and custom pipelines
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot advanced issues, validate defects, and influence roadmap priorities
  • Conduct technical deep dive sessions and integration demos for prospects and existing customers
  • Develop reusable integration patterns, best practices, and documentation to accelerate future implementations
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to ensure a cohesive, high quality customer experience across all engagements
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively identify improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and data quality
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Definitive Healthcare's data models, APIs, and delivery mechanisms

What You'll Need

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline preferred)
  • 4–7 years of experience in integration engineering, solutions engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical client facing role
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and experience working with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Handson experience with APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL tools, and integration frameworks
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM data structures—especially Salesforce, including data modeling, automation, and ingestion patterns
  • Experience designing and deploying data pipelines using tools such as Python, Airflow, or similar
  • Demonstrated success managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Comfort working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment with evolving customer needs
