Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for personal lines insurance clients, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
• Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure they receive the personalized attention their policies require.
• Policy Renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring their needs continue to be met with appropriate coverage.
• Claims Assistance: Help clients through the claims process, providing the necessary support and information to ensure a smooth experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client interactions and policy details.
• Customer Relationship Enhancement: Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction with our services.

Requirements

• License: Candidate Must Have an Active Property and Casualty License To Be Considered.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 2 years prior experience in customer service in an insurance-related field is highly beneficial.
