Salary: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for personal lines insurance clients, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure they receive the personalized attention their policies require.
- Policy Renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring their needs continue to be met with appropriate coverage.
- Claims Assistance: Help clients through the claims process, providing the necessary support and information to ensure a smooth experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client interactions and policy details.
- Customer Relationship Enhancement: Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
- License: Candidate Must Have an Active Property and Casualty License To Be Considered.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 2 years prior experience in customer service in an insurance-related field is highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist clients and solve problems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and experience with customer management software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage client accounts effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
