Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Plymouth, MA for the upcoming school year (NSY). This contract position offers the opportunity to provide behavior analysis support to a diverse student population within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior plans effectively.
- Provide training and support to educational staff to promote positive behavior strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working within a K-12 educational setting preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain thorough documentation.
