CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Triad Associates Inc., New England's premier hardscaping specialist for over 40 years, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The Construction Site Supervisor will be a key leader on-site, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hardscaping projects, including luxury pool decks, patios, walkways, driveways and retaining walls. This role is crucial to ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients have come to expect.

Responsibilities:

• On-Site Project Management: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities from project start to completion. This includes managing daily schedules, workflow, and the efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled laborers and craftsmen. Provide clear direction, training, and support to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
• Quality Control: Uphold Triad's commitment to excellence by meticulously monitoring workmanship and ensuring all installations meet our high-quality standards and project specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce all on-site safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and subcontractors. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary on-site point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Materials Management: Coordinate the delivery and inventory of all project materials, ensuring they meet project requirements and are stored securely and efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues, challenges, or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed daily project logs, including work performed, materials used, and any site-related incidents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role in the construction industry.
• Strong background in hardscaping, including the installation of pavers, natural stone, concrete, and retaining walls. Experience with pool construction is a significant plus.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
