POSITION: Receptionist
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, providing visitors badge, announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving, sorting, and delivering daily mail
- Administrative support, order supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Maintain front reception area
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax, copier, printer, etc.)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
- Customer service attitude
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
