If you can set a condenser level without blinking, drop a furnace in like it's second nature, and flex sealant lines cleaner than a TikTok hack video - we're ready for you. We're Pioneer Valley Environmental, out of Ware, MA, and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean work, fast installs, and doing the job right the first time.

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience

- Experience with ductless, central AC, gas furnaces, heat pumps

- Knows how to read a scope and build it like the diagram

- Can handle refrigerant, electrical, and airflow like a pro

- EPA-certified (or close to it)

- A teammate who shows up, works smart, and has fun doing it
