LPN/RN 3p-11p Shift
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in accordance with RegalCare at Lowell's policies and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform routine vital signs, wound care, and other clinical tasks
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
