Your Role:
- Build and install stonework for various high-end residential projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, stone facades, and other custom features
- Interpret blueprints, designs, and specifications to execute detailed stone installations to exacting standards
- Collaborate with the project team to plan, execute, and complete installations on time and within budget
- Ensure safe practices and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Communicate with team members, project managers, and occasionally clients to ensure alignment with project goals and design vision
- Perform repairs, restoration, and maintenance of stonework as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in stone masonry, with a portfolio of high-quality work on residential projects
- Strong technical skills in cutting, shaping, and installing various types of stone and masonry materials
- Ability to read blueprints and work with precision on complex designs
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
