What You’ll Do

• Start the day with purpose: Stock our bakery case with fresh, high-quality pastries before opening.

• Craft with care: Produce baked goods following established recipes while keeping the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• Support the team: Work closely with our Bakery Manager, from prepping ingredients to arranging pastries for the perfect display.

• Think creatively: Share and develop new pastry ideas from concept to customer.

• Keep it fresh: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

• Be part of the vibe: Communicate with café staff, connect with customers through your work, and contribute to the positive culture that makes Snowy Owl special.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in baking (professional or strong practical background)

• Morning and weekend availability (consistency is key)

• A proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Someone who takes pride in quality, has an eye for detail, and enjoys collaborating

• Competitive pay: $20–$24/hour

• Full-time, year-round employment (rare on Cape Cod!)
