Special Operations Senior Associate

- Provide education and guidance around options for care and resources
- Assist patients in locating well-matched, high-quality resources to address presenting concerns
- Offer validation and support to patients seeking help, and assist them in preparing for engaging in care
- Coordinate care with referral sources
- Offer patients continuous follow-up and redirection to new resources as needed
- Use AI and other emerging tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual tasks—helping our team work smarter and faster
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare technology, top-tier consulting, or healthcare leadership
- Strong ability to build scalable systems, operational strategies, and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience leading projects, verticals, or cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Understanding of social determinants of health and experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge in the field of suicide prevention and/or experience supporting patients with serious mental illness preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Lovable, or automation platforms) to increase productivity—no engineering experience required
- A Builder’s Mindset: resourceful, innovative, and eager to improve systems even when paths are ambiguous or evolving
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
