REQUIREMENTS
- Juris Doctor
- Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering required. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.
- Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
o Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
o Conducing written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
o Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus.
