Senior Account Executive - Premium Seating
The Senior Account Executive Premium Seating is responsible for selling new season seats and groups to the business community. This role will maintain contact with the existing and prospective clients via phone, outside appointments and in-stadium visits. The primary responsibility of the role is to increase the number of seasons seat holders/group buyers and client relationship management through superior customer service. The role will also serve as a liaison to various departments at Kraft Sports & Entertainment with a focus on generating additional ticket sales. This role is bonus and commission eligible.
Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives increased sales with existing and prospective clients to achieve established sales goals.
Identify new sales opportunities in the Business Community through networking, cold calling, direct contact and the utilization of data and analytics.
Develop new content, inventory or service offerings to up sell to existing and/or new clients. Align client business needs with the Revolution brand and offerings.
Cultivate and manage relationships with client decision-makers that result in long-term partnerships and the retention of existing business through various touchpoints and initiatives throughout the year.
Serve as the primary Account Executive and liaison between the company and client to ensure exemplary client service. Remain in frequent contact with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner. Whenever possible, go above and beyond to exceed their expectations and enhance the client experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records and perform the necessary follow-up with customers to close on pending sales opportunities.
Oversee order processing thru the Archtics ticketing system and the Revolution intranet. Complete all required documents promptly to complete the sale and ensure the proper delivery of all package elements to the customer.
Plan and execute Revolution elements on game days and at Revolution events.
Meet weekly with management to evaluate sales results, establish best practice, and develop strategies that drive new business.
Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with various divisions across Kraft Sports with a focus on generating referral business. Some examples are premium seating, sponsorship and events.
Leverage vendor relationships and identify opportunities to incorporate Revolution products to enhance product offerings.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in a related sales role with revenue generation.
Prior experience utilizing a CRM system preferred.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Results driven with the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Must also be highly computer proficient and skilled in working with databases and spreadsheets.
Must be well organized and attentive to detail.
Maintain a professional, courteous posture with team members and customers at all times.
