Job Title: Pallet Builder
Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled pallet builder to join our growing company. We are ideally looking for candidates with 2+ years of carpentry experience that can build skids and pallets out of 2x4s with no blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Build heavy-duty skids and crates to ship out packaging machinery weighing 5000+ lbs and measuring 30+ ft long.
- Receive all outside purchase/fabricated parts.
- Label and coordinate with the project management team all inbound cartons/products for machine testing.
- Debur, buff, and tumble fabricated parts going to outside finish.
Essential Skills
- Strong carpentry skills.
- Experience with assembly and using hand tools.
- Ability to handle general labor tasks.
- Proficiency in material handling and using a tape measure.
- Mechanically inclined with experience in palletizing and power tool usage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in building skids and crates.
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks across the company.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
