STRONG LEADERSHIP EBNHC’s leaders are instrumental in shaping healthcare policy across Massachusetts and is dedicated to creating equity in medicine. Their efforts along with tireless work of our frontline staff have led to more than 100,000 vaccine doses administered in neighborhoods hit hardest by the pandemic including East Boston, Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop, Everett, and the South End. 4. TRAINING AND ADVANCEMENT Our Education & Training Institute is an attractive resource for many of our employees who seek to broaden their skill base and advance their careers. More than half of our employees reside in our service area. By bringing education and training opportunities to the community, we provide employees and community members with the education and skills needed to obtain well-paying jobs in health care, ultimately strengthening the local economy. 5. FLEXIBILITY AND PROGRESSIVE BENEFITS The workplace is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, and organizations that embrace that change, and put their employees’ needs first rise to the top. To attract and retain outstanding staff members, we nurture and maintain a supportive environment that reflects our mission and culture. That includes offering important benefits like medical, dental, life and disability insurance, paid time off, flexible spending and transportation accounts and excellent malpractice coverage so that you can be your best inside and outside of work.
