Digital Marketing Manager (Boston Only)
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels, including paid media, paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, ASO, and more.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven insights, leveraging analytics to enhance campaign performance across critical metrics.
- Monitor and analyze paid campaign performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other facets of the marketing team (Influencer, Content, Social Media) to ensure synergy between digital marketing efforts and broader company goals.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, driving innovation and effectiveness in our campaigns.
- Effectively manage digital marketing budgets and expenses for each campaign, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving user growth and engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and others.
- Analytical mindset with a keen ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that impact campaign performance and ROI.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
