Kinaxis has a well-established team of Sales and Professional Services professionals across the US. Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

About The Team

This role is the connective tissue that keeps enablement running like a well-oiled machine. From managing enablement tech governance to shaping communication cadence across revenue teams, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that ensures every program gets the visibility, resources, and measurement it deserves.

What you will do

• Own governance and strategy for enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and related technology in the RevTech stack (e.g., Gong, Klue)
• Build and manage enablement intake processes, ensuring prioritization of requests based on business impact
• Serve as project manager for enablement initiatives, tracking deliverables and timelines across teams
• Develop enablement dashboards and analytics that provide visibility into RevTech adoption, usage, and impact
• Drive communication strategies with revenue teams, from newsletters to program launches to enablement calendars

What success looks like

• Clear prioritization of enablement work and reduced ad-hoc firefighting
• Measurable increases in RevTech tool adoption and user engagement
• Transparent reporting that influences executive decisions and program funding
• Consistent and trusted communication cadence that revenue teams rely on

What we are looking for

• Up to 3 years in enablement operations, sales ops, project management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with analytics and enablement tech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
